My computer's network connection is disabled

I was trying to use this with an Acer Chromebook. Because of this, the computer could not connect to the network (usually this is achieved by linking a WiFi hotspot to a mobile device). And I didn't even connect the portable Wi-Fi hotspot through a USB hub. The only way I could reconnect to a network was to restart my computer and mobile hotspot many, many times, and then go outside and yell obscenities at the top of my lungs. I'm pretty sure it was the last thing that mattered. I don't recommend this device with Chromebooks unless you're a punishment eater. PS If you want to call their support, you'd better make an international call. accessible.
