I absolutely love this vest! For sizing purposes I’m normally a medium in shirts, 36c chest, and I’m 5’4 147lbs. I ordered my normal true size a medium and love the compression this provides. This vest will make you sweat and it stays in place and doesn’t ride up! Perfect!
