Review on AUTOHAUX Throttle Position 13631402143 Replacement by Justin Spoja

Will not fit my car. 95 BMW M3 (OBD1) TPS Tested as good and working with modification. My shaft was slightly smaller, allowing the throttle plate to be turned 1 degree without the TPS sensor responding. This causes some other problems than just the car stuttering - it sets the O2 sensor cel codes: 1221 and 1222 after warming up and driving. Generates 3 points of possible idle tilt positions. DKM is not happy. The millimeter and fractional inch problem seems to be that the sensor was about 1/32 inch too big and didn't fit snugly on the throttle shaft. The wave winding allowed it, but given the heat I decided to pay 2x for a German product. and order from FCP Euro - it fitted correctly (firmly on the shaft) Noticed that pins 3 to 1 were only 3.91 ohms. I needed 4 to 4.4 ohms. (BMW OBD1 series problems) The product worked after modification and DCM reset for low resistance. "If I trusted Wave Modification Tape, I would use it". I would recommend foil tape (metal tape for heating air ducts).
