Description of Nokian Tires Hakkapeliitta 9 205/55 R16 94T winter

Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9 - unparalleled grip and handling. The Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9 tire uses two types of studs, one specifically designed for the center tread and the other for the shoulder areas. The dual stud technology provides high longitudinal traction during acceleration and braking, as well as lateral traction when cornering and changing lanes on icy and snowy surfaces. The number of studs in the new tire is identical to the number of studs in the Nokian Hakkapeliitta 8 model. Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9 is a winter tire for passenger cars that has a number of innovative technologies, among which its studding is in the first place. Hybrid stud system The company''s engineers used several types of studs, some of which are located in the central zone, and the second - in the shoulder. It was the differences in the studs that made it possible to optimize the longitudinal and transverse forces under various climatic conditions. This is reflected in maintaining the car''s controllability even in extreme conditions. Eco Stud 9 To reduce the impact of studs on the tire itself, an improved Eco Stud 9 technology was used, which consists in placing an air cushion under each stud (and there are 190 of them here). In addition, the presence of beveled edges of the core of each stud allows you to optimize the load on it, which has a positive effect on the overall impact on the tire. Thus, a long service life of the stud is achieved with minimal loss of its elements during operation. Green Elasto ProofFinnish developers have also improved the composition of the rubber compound, which, in addition to silica, rapeseed oil and natural rubber, also includes a special Green Elasto Proof additive. This component is responsible for the elasticity properties of the tire under various temperature conditions, "adjusting" the compound and ensuring that the grip properties are maintained on any surface. V-shaped treadThe presence of such a tread in combination with a drainage system represented by various sipes, grooves and channels ensures quick self-cleaning and maintaining vehicle control under any conditions. The main features of the Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9 are an innovative studding system, represented by several types of studs; improved longitudinal and transverse grip properties; effective drainage system; improved compound that is optimized for specific temperature conditions. One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

For two years I saved up for this rubber, then I still waited for a discount and bought it. Very satisfied. I did not think that in the winter you can ride like in the summer.

Pros
  • 1. Durable sidewall, well swallows bumps and riding on pits and their sharp edges, 2. soft on bumps; 3. Coupling with a slippery road. On ice as on asphalt. Riding as if in the summer at speeds up to 100 km / h. Large contact area, in fact, because of this advantage, its disadvantages (points 1 and 2, see below) 4. High skid resistance on slippery roads. 5. Resistance to lateral loads, with sharp turns at high speeds. 6. Strong spikes, keep even when slipping on the pavement. 7. High braking performance on slippery surfaces. 8. The machine does not slip sideways when driving on slippery slopes if all 4 wheels are on a more or less level surface. 9. High passability on slippery and snowy roads, at -3C and below. On a high snow rut, even on a low car. 10. Riding uphill and downhill, acceleration, braking, cornering, everything is just fine. No complaints. At speeds up to 80 km / h - as if you are going in the summer 11. No lateral slip but only while stopped 12. The noise from the rubber is deflected to the side, and is reflected from the walls and cars, and if you drive in an open area, it is quite quiet. 13. Lifetime warranty
Cons
  • 1. Noise when driving in tunnels or along walls. 2. A sharp loss of speed when entering a puddle. But this cannot be called a disadvantage, since the consequence is the absence of longitudinal grooves, and, accordingly, a higher contact area 3. Snow porridge in large volumes is poorly rowed at + 1C and above. 4. In case of poor contact on an uneven and very slippery ground-in ice road, slipping to the side is observed while moving. 5. High cost. 6. Studs require careful operation, they fly out when slipping and taxiing in place

Not exactly what I wanted, but basically everything is fine.

I took only from the principle of more expensive is better. And I don't skimp on security. The feeling that the food on the Kama is very noisy (kuga, does not shine with sound insulation, but even so . ) as they go on ice and snow, I will add a review.

Pros
  • Brand, good reviews. Sharp spikes clatter on the asphalt, I think the ice will gnaw well.
Cons
  • Very noisy! but the mileage is small! if the noise figure is important for you, then I do not recommend it.

The right product for me, there were no problems.

Not afraid of ruts, no noise at high speeds satisfied with the tires, have not enjoyed the behavior of the car on the road for a long time

Pros
  • A lot of spikes, on ice behaves perfectly. Dealing with snow Excellent grip and braking on asphalt. Holds the road perfectly in all weather conditions Starting grip is excellent The clatter of thorns is not audible confidence on the road
Cons
  • Didn't find

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

You probably know that non-studded tires in ice at -5 and around 0 work disgustingly, so compromises like "what if everything will be fine, well, they are in the bath Life is more precious. Pros below: Excellent grip properties. Clear control in the slush. Tracks almost does not notice. Soft. It doesn't wear out very quickly, by the way. It costs 18th radius, the car is heavy. Got cons: Noisy. Indeed, after the summer there is a noticeable rumble. But noise and safety are better than body…

The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.

Using since October 14, 2022, Hong Kong region, 205/55R16 I have been using it for 4.5 months (02/02/18), the tires are excellent. Holds up well. Brakes great. Of the lost studs, so far only that one stud is running in ! Has pros: Winter is just starting, I hope it will be as great as Hakka 7 and 8 Got cons: Already lost one spike in the middle of the tread (although the ride is still on asphalt and sometimes there were sharp starts)

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

After the winter, every spike in MSC is now at its proper location. Tires have a mileage of 17,000 miles. We traveled to Missouri. Excellent tires, albeit a bit pricey. In the year 2022, for a quantity of 63,000.

Pros
  • 225 r18 60 suv Outstanding ability to hold the road. Strong hold in the turns You are able to feel secure in the porridge when traveling.
Cons
  • Noise

I have always used rubber of this type, from the second hakkapelite all the way up to the seventh, but when I bought a new car, they gave me Yakohama ig55 Velcro as a bonus. After using it for a season, during which time I came dangerously close to flying into a ditch on more than one occasion and into the opposing lane, I made the decision to purchase Nokian once more. At this point in time, I was suggested that I use Hakku 9. The rubber has met and exceeded all of my expectations.

Pros
  • I have driven around the highways near Hong Kong for the better part of three months, and I have already racked up 10,000 kilometers. I increased the average speed on the highways from 120 to 160 miles per hour, I drove a Mazda 6 front-wheel drive car, the tires are not much noisier than my Yakohama summer tires, the road keeps excellent, soft, on snow like it is on asphalt, turning confidently at high speeds, and emergency braking is also very good.
Cons
  • Definitely not cheap, but well worth the money spent.

I'm not a racer, quite an adequate calm driver. The winter tires Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9 235/55 R17 103T XL (stud) were put in November 2022, and in my opinion, they passed all of the winter tests, including those in the city, on long trips along the highway and forest roads after the grader, on ice and snow disintegrating. I had a sense of self-assurance and serenity. Did not attempt to drive in the snow. After only four months of use, it is far too soon to comment on the quality of the…

Pros
  • Stability of the course on a variety of surfaces, including asphalt, slush, and ice.
Cons
  • No

Great value for the money, definitely recommended!

Hi everybody. In general, I skated anywhere between 7,000 and 10,000 kilometers after purchasing a HAKKU 9 on November 17. I don't remember the exact distance. What more can I say? The tire grips the road impeccably, and there is complete trust in the driving situation. Ice, snow, and deep snow are not included in the definition of how much snow there is. The winter of 2022 was unremarkable, and I was unable to take pleasure in it; nonetheless, the winter of 2022 is precisely what you require…

Pros
  • Derzhak is angry! Rutting does not feel! Everything may be anticipated with ease!
Cons
  • noisy

Average purchase, there is something to complain about.

I realize this will be a very lengthy evaluation. TLC200 apparatus. Everything is fine with the car's weight and power when driven by Shumkov. New tires and wheels were purchased without delay. Put them through around 4000 kilometers of driving on various terrains. At the 60-kilometer mark, we saw the first tire service joint. The two left wheels released the overhead weights at a speed of around 100 kilometers per hour. I discovered the tire's egginess (the surface walks approximately 5 mm)…

Pros
  • 1. many studs; effective in chilly conditions. Can handle snow porridge (how well depends on how fast you're moving). Third, superior handling and stopping power on paved surfaces.
Cons
  • 1. mushy and rolling (almost bouncing off the disc in rutting situations); 2. Two, Nordman7 is a better value than 285/60 R18 (15kR) tires. Third, the rubber has an egginess of around 5mm (measured by looking down at the surface while balancing).

I'm disappointed with my purchase, products are no good.

I'll begin with the history of the situation. I spent ten years at the wheel of Hakkapeliitta 7, during which time there was no chapel for delight (I swapped over two sets). Because of restrictions on the number of characters allowed, the history of Hakk.7 has to be omitted. And so I put this masterpiece of engineering into Hakk.9, and practically went insane from the service, because this is not Hakk. 7 and not its better version - it's just some type of cotton wool. The car has a crazy roll…

Pros
  • The only benefit of this rubber is that it has made the car substantially more comfortable to ride in.
Cons
  • Because reviews with fewer than four stars are not displayed on the official website, you will need to post them here. Valkost, belated feedback on the action of the steering wheel, there is no response from the highway (the steering wheel is wadded, whether on asphalt or on ice there is no return from the roadway), noisy - very noisy, it feels like Bilaz or Kraz is continuously driving next to you, and there is no response from the roadway. When compared to the Hakka 7, this tire features advanced engineering from Nokian. Why did I go out of my way to overpay twice when I could have bought a Nokian Nordman 7? (((From what I gather now, the Nokian Nordman 7 was formerly known as the Hakka7.

A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

I have zero years of driving experience, and this is my first winter (22/23) on the road. As a result, I purchased tires for the winter without giving much consideration to the cost; I required tires with which a novice driver could survive the winter without being seriously injured. During the course of one winter, I journeyed from Hong Kong to two very far away places: Kirovsk, which is located in the Hong Kong region, and Hong Kong. The pace remains consistent, and there is not a single…

Pros
  • It has never failed, even in cases where the diameter of one's own has shrunk to values that are considered crucial.
Cons
  • The price is steep, but you should stay healthy.

A high-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

It has been in service since November 2022, and I gave it to my wife on equal 4 225/65 17. The first winter, it's not yet clear in terms of wear; nevertheless, in terms of cross-country abilities (trips to the country), it resembles a 4-ku, probably a little worse, but you can't compare it on the highway. I traveled myself, and it wasn't terrible at all; in fact, it was really nice. During the time that they switched their shoes, I had to travel to Belarus because the rubber proved to be…

Pros
  • handling on roads that are snowy and ice.
Cons
  • Price)

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I cant believe I paid for it, the quality is disgusting.

Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9, Size: 225/50R17, Production date: 3318 Wear is almost nonexistent (indicator number 8 is still visible), and all of the spikes are still attached. I drove approximately 1000 kilometers and ran approximately 700 kilometers. I got in touch with the technical support staff, and they acknowledged the problem and agreed to swap out the tires. I was thinking about how well the customer is taken care of as well as how nice the service and support are, but none of it was…

Pros
  • Excellent road holding ability and handling. Traveled and enjoyed.
Cons
  • During the process of putting tires away for the season, I was startled by something. On all four wheels, on the border of the sidewall and the working surface, from the outer and inner sidewalls, there are various cracks (flaking) evident between the "checkers" of the tread. Perhaps there was a marriage. I purchased it in the physical store, despite encountering several difficulties (which are detailed in the review).

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Just a terrible product, very upset.

Wheelchairs slip on dry roads at speeds between 60 and 80 km/h, as if I were operating a vehicle with 300 hp. It is extremely risky to overtake since it prevents you from confidently picking up speed. My initial assumption was that the clutch was slipping, but the problem with slipping at speed was resolved because it was warm enough to put on summer shoes.

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good value for money, I recommend it.

Skated throughout the season in a BMW 740 with a rear-wheel drive and no differential lock. The spikes are all in their appropriate locations, there are no issues with the snow porridge, there are no issues with the ice, and there are no issues with the loose or rolled snow. The amount of noise has greatly diminished (even though the shovel is still in the garage). Excellent tires, highly recommended for vehicles with a rear-wheel-drive configuration. Got pros: I bought Nokian hakapelita 9…

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Product is not reliable, not worth buying.

I am not going to try to disguise the fact that I have an aggressive driving style, but! The run-in transpired exactly as planned, moving at a snail's pace comparable to that of a senile grandfather for the entirety of the time allotted for the run-in. Also, the spikes have been removed 90% of the time in the front and 40% of the time in the back. Before that, I drove seven hacks on Discovery 4, which is now known as the Kia Rio. For four years, I sunk and drifted, and I didn't regret it at…

Pros
  • The handle is stylish, assuming none of the spikes have fallen off like they did on mine.
Cons
  • In just two seasons, ninety percent of the spikes were lost. It's noisy, but that's to be expected from them.
