This tool bag is significantly larger than the Black and Decker 12 inch bag. It also has a few extra features like a molded plastic bottom and a shoulder strap. The fabric is durable and the stitching and zippers feel secure. Pockets and loops both inside and out make it easy to find your most-used tools. The plastic base measures approximately 2 inches high, 16 inches long and 9 inches wide. The only thing that seems a bit questionable are the plastic hooks on the shoulder strap. but I don't know how much weight they can hold. It's a good alternative to hard toolboxes if you're carrying a mixed toolbox (pun intended).
