Global Game Black sticks with FPS control uses freak sticks

Global Game Gear Black sticks purchased 3/7/13 delivered 3/15/13 I have 4 360 controllers, 2 of which were worn black joysticks. I also recently started using KontrolFreek's (Ultra) FPS Freek Thumb Extender and love it. The problem is that my joysticks were so worn out that the FPS thumb extensions were tearing the rubber to pieces (some controllers are obsolete since the 360 was introduced in 2005). In any case, I needed new joysticks for controllers. Global Game Gear Sticks and saw good reviews so I ordered them, they arrived on time and came with a torque 8 star screwdriver. Disassembling the controller was easy. My only issue is that the FPS control extensions don't fit the Global Gear joysticks as closely as the original Microsoft joysticks. The grip is firm but I can twist the thumb extensions when I twist them, they didn't do that with the original Microsoft Sticks. I ended up inserting tissue paper into the Global Stick cap to make the FPS Freek more solid and it worked perfectly. The thumbstick on the left side also got stuck on 1 Global Game Controller. I flipped it around for 20 seconds and now it feels good, I just had to break it I guess. I have attached photos. Pros: * Looks and works just like original MS joysticks. * Easy to install and my controllers look like new. Cons: *FPS Control Freak Extensions don't grip these sticks as tightly, they can simply be tied with tissue paper to increase tension. middle position when releasing. Verdict: Worth the money and my controllers feel like new. Will buy again if new sticks ever wear out. These sticks are currently under $5 so you can't be wrong! When your chopsticks are worn out, take them out!
