Battery lasts about 3-4 days depending on usage for blood pressure, heart rate, etc. Gesture lighting is weird at times. Text and email notifications are small white text that is sometimes difficult to read. The strap is comfortable. It's sweat resistant but not waterproof. Overall a good watch, syncs well with Android, not sure about Apple. I haven't tested the sleep tracking feature, but it seems to track steps very accurately. The blood pressure and heart rate monitor work well, but it's recommended not to rely solely on the blood pressure readings. This is my first smartwatch so I have no comparison but I like it.
