I've been using these rollers for a while now. I find them durable and they hold their temperature for quite a long time. As a massage therapist, I know the importance of using hot and cold cycles. I bought these two packs to use in one session. One freezes prematurely, and the other is in hot water. Be very careful when using these hot or cold as the surface is metallic and can easily damage the sensitive area. Test/prep on your palm first, then on the inside of your wrist before exposing to someone else's skin.
