Computers need quality accessories for reliable communication during meetings, but this product failed to deliver .After I put it to the test, I was saddened by the audio quality. One pro was its Bluetooth connectivity but it`s overshadowed by its cons. Despite reading positive reviews, KanDao failed to meet my expectations. I suggest looking for other audio and video accessories that don't sacrifice quality for price..
