Review on 🦷 Custom-Fit Heavy-Duty Dental Guard - SOVA Max Night Guard 2.4mm by Jennifer Tillman

I shaped and remade (pro that you can do it!) but it was the most uncomfortable piece of equipment of all. I have had braces for a long time and have worn a retainer for many years which is much bulkier, stiffer and bulkier than a retainer. First I redid it because it turned out to be too tight the first time I tried to shape it; it is heavily compressed and feels like a painful brace on the front teeth. I ended up finding it reasonable so I wore it all night and my front teeth hurt/felt like I had my braces tightened for about 8 hours after taking them off the next day. I was afraid I would ruin my front teeth if I kept wearing it when it was THAT tight, so I did it again, this time leaving it "loose" in the front. I tried putting it on that night but the space between my top and bottom front teeth was so thick, hard and uncomfortable that I couldn't keep my jaw in a normal position and I had to take it off after about 10 minutes. I'm really disappointed with how tough the end product is and that there isn't room for comfort between the front teeth. I'm trying again with different types, but it was definitely expensive for the result.
