Great product, excellent service and customer focus
They are very good at what they do - great people who can provide real value in terms of experience & expertise plus their ability for long term relationship management makes them stand out from other providers we have worked/ dealt with in our past 10 years as an organization (BMC).
Their support team needs improvement though! The best thing about BIoMatic so far has been that it really covers all my business need when I was looking into having some type of enterprise tooling setup within IBM i Data Server R12 SP4 environment which includes Db2 database tables along w DB Navigator views etc.
