Great product for easy extraction of info

I like that they are flexible when it comes to customizing reports as well being able make changes within minutes instead hours or days! They also give you recommendations if something doesn't look right but isn’t an error either which can be helpful sometimes too!! We have been using them since 2016 so not sure what has changed recently other than maybe adding new features? Great solution for centralized storage of business critical documents

I like how easy it was to use after you downloaded all your data into one place. It's pretty intuitive once you get used to using the software itself as well as getting familiarized with importing/exporting files from other sources (such as Excel). Sometimes there are issues when trying to export certain reports or datasets so be prepared! Make sure that everything works smoothly before finalizing any product purchase decisions. Very Pleased With Customer Service And Overall Satisfaction

The team has been extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure what we need is met. They are always very responsive, always willing to work with us, and are very knowledgeable. I have no issues with BluePatagon in general. If you are looking for a company that is willing to go the extra mile and is willing to work with their clients, this is the company.
