Great solution for centralized storage of business critical documents
I like how easy it was to use after you downloaded all your data into one place. It's pretty intuitive once you get used to using the software itself as well as getting familiarized with importing/exporting files from other sources (such as Excel). Sometimes there are issues when trying to export certain reports or datasets so be prepared! Make sure that everything works smoothly before finalizing any product purchase decisions. We were looking at ways we could improve our operational efficiency without having additional resources dedicated solely towards IT support staff. This application allowed us to have access to multiple databases simultaneously while still maintaining control over each individual database via an interface within this program.
- The ability for me in my role, not necessarily being technical myself to make changes easily by simply logging onto their website instead of calling another department who would help create those adjustments manually; thus saving time & money which is always great especially since these days everyone has limited hours available due to work schedules etc
- Almost everything is ok
