The team has been extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure what we need is met. They are always very responsive, always willing to work with us, and are very knowledgeable. I have no issues with BluePatagon in general. If you are looking for a company that is willing to go the extra mile and is willing to work with their clients, this is the company. They really care about their clients and solving any issues or problems we may have. We are able to create dashboards that are in line with our business needs. This allows us to better understand what our customers are looking for. I like that it was easy to set up, I didn't have to learn any new software or anything technical at all! It's very user friendly and has an intuitive interface. There are some things you can do better as far as customizing your own reports but this isn't much of a problem since there are so many templates available. This program saved my company a ton of money by allowing us to track our spending more efficiently than we had been previously doing.
