I like that they are very flexible when it comes to meeting deadlines, taking into consideration my schedule as well as their client's needs/desires for things such as color palettes or font choices. They do not have an office space within walking distance from where I live so this makes collaborating difficult at times. Their product designs don't always match what was intended by our team members. We used them last year for branding work but we had certain revisions which were never made available until after final delivery of the project (which meant additional fees).
