I couldn't get it to work at first. Then I went to get new batteries and it still didn't work. I then adjusted the small wire springs inside the lid and saw signs of life. But I still had to tweak it to make it work! So I keep my fingers crossed that it continues to work. The scrubber is a bit noisy, but that doesn't bother me as long as it works! I cross my fingers UPDATE: It's back. stopped working
