I like that it's easy to use, as well has being able tp track time for multiple employees at once! It can be difficult sometimes knowing where you left off when adding more than one user if they've been logged in since before your last entry (and vice versa). Also there are some features within LTT which don't work correctly with other apps such as Google Calendar or Outlook/Exchange - this causes problems during our payroll process because we have clients who make payments via Paypal & SagePay so these payment methods aren’t supported by others due to incompatibility issues between them all :( But overall its ok though :) Good software solution especially considering how cheap labortime tracking was compared against using paper timesheets etc., also saves having staff manually inputting data into Excel files every week / month!
