I like that they have created an interface for my business to use, it is very easy! They provide training so we can get up-to speed quickly with their system as well which makes our job easier when using them in some of our projects (especially if you're not familiar).

The support team has been super helpful during each step along this process too - always ready/willing to help or answer questions about how things work within MICA's platform etc. There isn't anything really bad here other than maybe being able to customize more options would be nice but overall everything seems pretty straightforward from what i've seen thus far. If your looking into something new then definitely give these guys another look because there aren’t any cons at all aside form customization needs mentioned above; however those will likely go away once implemented by us after receiving feedback via initial consultation meetings / phone calls & emails prior to project start date(s) since everyone wants custom.
