I purchased this massager a little over 6 months ago hoping to find relief from arthritis pain in the joints at the base of my thumbs. My poor wife always had to hold her for me while we were driving or sitting somewhere together. The squeezing effect, although a bit painful due to arthritis, subsequently relieved tension and pain that lasted for quite a while. On a whim, I wondered if there was a massager that could perform the same movement. Imagine my surprise when I came across this lifeguard. The massager is easy to use and can be adjusted depending on where pressure is being applied by simply moving your hand further in or out of the hole. The only downside for my personal use is that the press moves up and down from fingertip to wrist and I wish there was a way to just make it keep pressing my thumb. but that's really a minor complaint. .life wish that every piece of cake was just a crust. After 6 months I was having issues with my device regarding pressure levels and temperature settings changing during use. I think that was because I didn't unplug it after it was fully charged. It is designed to be charged and used unplugged until it needs to be charged again. Which I didn't know until the problem surfaced. I contacted the company and they agreed to replace my device. I was very satisfied and happy that my miracle of pain relief was back. I highly recommend this product.
