Review on BlueParrott C400 XT Canceling Mircophone Headset by Robert Pearson

This is an amazing headset with one downside Good: I often work from cafes and other noisy places, Things I need to work on Professional calls, not distracted by background noise. That's why I bought this headset and it's a game changer. The sound quality of my voice picked up by the microphone is crystal clear, and the background noise sounds far away and is usually hardly heard by other people on the call. My colleagues will ask me in advance to use this headset when I'm not wearing it. Some of them are considering buying their own to have more freedom in receiving calls. Other pluses: the speaker is audible, the battery holds its charge well, the Bluetooth connection is flawless. In terms of sound quality and power this is a fantastic product. Cons: The headband broke after about 3 months of regular use. I've read about this weakness in other reviews, so I'm very wary of that. It didn't break from the impact, it simply broke the plastic structure holding the springy metal band. It's not a big problem. Attaches easily with a little tape and comes with a few different styles of headband that I can swap out. I still recommend this product to anyone who wants to take calls in noisy environments and continue to enjoy it on a daily basis. But a note to BlueParrott, you've put all the hard work into making a great working product. Just tighten this bandage.
