I liked everything that they did for me! They really got to know my business needs so well; their team was very professional in every step along with being timely as promised (I had some pretty specific expectations). There were no surprises or disappointments at any point during our relationship together - which is rare these days when it comes time to choose an agency/team member. We're still working out how best to utilize what's been done already but overall process has gone smoothly thus far. If you want someone who will listen carefully then give them your full attention -- don't be afraid to ask lots of questions if something isn't clear enough yet. The biggest challenge I'm facing now is keeping up motivation myself since there have not been many things left undone from previous engagements by this group.
