Please read the entire updated review. THIS SUPPLIER IS GREAT BUT IT IS THE WRONG DESIGN which resulted in a lot more cost so I decided to scold. (Secondary claim on Revain explained below) I liked the price compared to the original part and it lasted many months the first time, but last time was a total waste and now I've paid a lot more to get one, hopefully a lot lasts longer. It's not really this vendor's fault, it's a HORRIBLE design no matter where it was purchased. And now Revain isn't showing my OE order which I placed for way more money that took even less time than this one! So disappointed in the design that I traded in an expensive heavy duty W/D kit for a good quality used washer and dryer simply because the heater in the "used" dryer is mounted vertically. Now, when the expected expansion occurs, the element does not flex to make contact with the hull. So disappointed with the design but now added because my $100+ replacement order is not listed. To be clear, I hope this review doesn't reflect negatively on this company because they provided me with enough crap that I needed, other than getting me a completely different model tumble dryer, which I did have.
