. For the filters I received, the HEPA filter fits fine, but the foam and felt filters do.

After comparing my current filter to filters, I found that the HEPA filter works well, but the foam and felt filters don't. The foam filter has a large gap that allows air to flow past the foam filter and directly to the felt filter. The felt filter is larger than the current filter and is easily wrinkled when placed in the vacuum cleaner. After replying to a second email asking how they fit and if I would leave a review, I received a third email asking for a review with no response to my first reply. I decided to leave a review using the same photos I sent the seller. I have a Shark Rotator NV500. If you ask me as a seller how they fit, don't ignore me when I answer.
