I would recommend buying these

I enjoy using these because it conceals the lights as advertised, the adhesive sticks very well and I have not had one fall off yet, and the installation is fairly easy.
The one thing that I will say is that they come in long strips about 2 1/2 feet long so you would have to cut them with a Saul if you wanted to have it fully along your wall if it’s not perfect for the size. Or buy some smaller lengths.
