Over the years I have often had the wrong lamp, the wrong body, the body was not assembled correctly and in one case I simply did not receive the item. My yearly lamp replacement has always been a scramble. Well, this year it was the right bulb, the right case, and the case assembled right. My projector is fine, but in order to use a lightbulb, everything has to be perfectly aligned. That part hasn't changed, and the project has been accompanied by the traditional annual 40 minutes of swear words. Not many people with lightbulbs can handle it, but at least I haven't wasted any time trying to find or make the right adjustment this year. I will consider buying from them again next year.
