These sponges if these are the sponges I bought from the store about 5 years ago (they are the same brand) and I still use the two I use in my heavy metal pans I will you no longer use buy for a very long time. (I would say between 6 and 10 years). I would say that this is "the best tuff for getting rid of the dirt, grime and sticky grime you can invariably find at the heh market.
