Even though the product is well-built needs refinement instructions are not clear enough for the average person I have sent several emails back to the company to inquire about various features that need to be explained or modified with no answer back it's like they don't care the one feature that each three available is locks that replacements so it can be keyed alike to all the locks that you bought second thing a small computer interface should be available to a consumer so you can set it all

I have this installed on an exterior door to my shop thinking it would be easier than the keypad I previously had. Being a guy that works with his hands everyday I tend to get nicks and scratches on my finger tips and it will not read my fingerprint. Also worth noting that if there is any excess moisture from sweat or rain it will also have a hard time reading. Overall I would not recommend. I will be either going back to what I had or trying something else!

nice product. easy to set up and install. the problem we have had is it keeps dropping the saved info. batteries are fresh and secure. it just does not hold the codes like it should. i have yet to reach customer service on this issue. we like it. we just get locked out.

Cool product, easy to install, but the finger print reader not forgiving, one has to put their finger exactly the way they trained it. The lock should be more sensitive to the auto unlock tab so that I can leave the tab in my pocket and yet unlock the door.

We have multiple of these locks in our office. I had 2 of them stop actuating the lock mechanism (so it would tell you locked or unlocked, but it didn't do anything.) I emailed with harfoseller (sent a video at their request) and they promptly sent 2 replacements. The lock set is a very nice exterior door lock. The fingerprint reader is reliable. There are other methods to unlock, too. It is hefty for security.

Okay so had to redo this , after I got use to this lock I love it, just takes getting use to, and buying the gateway to go with it they didn't say, but all in all I am enjoying it now

Due to some reason, I had this door lock installed for my room and by myself. The installation is not too difficult as follow the manual carefully. The touch screen works excellent with great sensor in which it can read my fingerprint quick respond. Arrived in very nice box very easy to follow instructions and very well designed and sturdy product . paper template jig supplied for acurate fitting and even a drill bit included in box . Love the convenience of the lock, but the fingerprint reader basically only works 1 out of 5 times, if that much. But to the company's credit, they have sent me a new lock. I haven't had a chance to install it yet to see if it's better. The original lock I must say worked well for about a month. Then it stopped reading my fingerprints. I thought it was due to cold weather, but apparently that's not the case. I've redone my finger print dozens of times, and it will read it for a time or two, but

I LOVE this thing! It’s incredibly easy to program and use. Some people are complaining about the fingerprint reader but all you need to do is move your finger little when installing and it works perfect. I have had it in about a week not a single miss read issue or problem. For people who go in and out the door a lot this makes your life a lot easier

After two months my machine no longer works. It has locked us out and will not let us reset the machine. We would like a replacement.

If your in a hurry and need to redo finger print several times isn't idea. Really annoying when it tells you failed several times before opening. 🤬

This is a great unit. A little difficult to install and program though. Make sure you have fresh batteries. I plan on changing the batteries 2 times per year just like smoke detector batteries. Sleek looking unit. love the fact that you can get in even if batteries are work out with a key. The RFD cards work well, touch pad is decent with minimal fails. We have multiple finger prints in case one fails, try another !Overall. a great sleek looking door lock system.
