This is the best of the three brands/styles of bio-metric door lock I have used in the last 5 years. I have a disabled child and this lock keep her, and the therapists that visit our home out of my bedroom.The external battery backup features, high accuracy fingerprint reader and numerical lock with backup key and included key fobs all add up to a winner. The lock can also be put on mute mode. My daughter thought pushing the buttons and making it beep was fun, (annoying for me) so mute mode is super awesome. She lost interest.-> My last lock was fingerprint only. BAD IDEA. After doing dishes downstairs my skin was waterlogged, so the reader would deny me access until my skin had dried out enough. Having the push code button option gets around this issue without me having to go get the hidden key or fob and revealing its hidden location.Build quality is superb. All included hardware, drill bit and door templates were included. Installation only took a few minutes with simple household hand drill.
