I like the size as it was just what I needed. I do a lot of crafting and regular shelves stack up because there aren't enough boards on them. I ordered a large shoe rack 50 inches wide and about the same height. I have enough space for rubbish bins on 20 shelves. But this is ugly and objects can fall from the back. I used this netting to wrap around the sides and back of the shelves as one stretched piece. I was going to sew around the posts but decided to use a glue gun. I sprayed the glue and then used the metal part of the nozzle to squeeze it between the mesh and the plastic underneath. This gave great adhesion. No signs of melting, burning or mesh distortion. The shelf is now with the back to my desk and the front to my kitchen and acts as a privacy screen (room divider). I hung a curtain rod in the front for $10. Once I've added some sheer fabric to the front, the shelves keep contents to a minimum, holding plenty and preventing contents from turning into a pile of dust. The second thing I like about this screen is that my cats can't climb on it. This reduces the accumulation of pet hair and airborne dust on the shelves and their contents. And when I need to look at the shelves, the screen lets in light.
