This thermometer is a must-have for any HOME and kitchen. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say it is very accurate and easy to read... The waterproof function makes it ideal for use in the fridge or freezer. It's quick to respond and gives precise readings in Fahrenheit or Celsius. the only downside is the small size of the display, but it doesnt significantly affect its performance. It's a small investment for a big convenience and peace of mind knowing my food is being stored at the right temperatures..
