Product arrived on time as described. It's really cool! The light it gives off is perfect for evening ambiance. The tank is huge and lasts forever! I put it on around 10 pm and it was still going when I woke up at 6 the next morning. My only complaint is the glass globe is a little hard to get back on the base around the plastic ridge that surrounds the tank (keeps it in place really well, but a little difficult to get it to sit flush.) The product looks great and functions as expected.Pros:I love the glass globe and the warm/cold tone light options. The light flickers some, most likely due to the mist and water moving inside the globe. However, looks much better in the space than the "wood look" finished one it is replacing. I only just plugged this in but was prompted to review in order to get a 10% Best Buy gift card which is cool, but I think may have forced other reviewers to rate highly. I will say that it is stunning, quiet, and seems to be fairly sturdy. The output hole is very small, however, about the diameter of a dime. This diffuser is just lovely. The two light settings are all you need to create a soft ambiance in the room. It has been reliable for a year and a half now, shutting off automatically and running quietly. I had to figure out how best to open the reservoir without spilling, but it is easy. It puts out a perfect amount of diffused fragrance. I really love it.

By far the prettiest and most unique diffuser I’ve ever seen. I only use it on occasion, but suddenly after three months of having it no longer works. Pretty much a night light at this point. The power button turns it on for a few seconds and then steam stops coming out and shuts the whole thing down after a few minutes. Very disappointing

The cover is glass- so you will want to find a safe place to keep it. The diffuser looks like a large gemstone and it is gorgeous. It is very easy to use and you can change the colors of the lamp. It’s stunning in person.

Have ordered two of these. They are so pretty and unusual! The best part is they run for hours. Perfect in my book! That's my feedback.

It isn't very simple to refill water/oils as you have to remove the glass part and then the top part of the plastic part. I don't think it works as well as my Doterra one. IF it wasn't passed the time to return I would return it. It's pretty though.

I didn't even bother to unwrap the little plug from the package when this arrived. The globe is not easy enough to remove from the base, and I just know that it will end up slipping from my hands and will break sooner rather than later. Also, the colors looked mostly grey and the blues hues were not very noticeable (at least when not plugged in and lit up). Purchased this less than a year ago to replace a similar shattered wax warmer. Absolutely loved the look of this and it seemed to work well enough as an oil diffuser. Realized it was poorly designed for oil diffusing purposes because a considerable amount of condensation collects on the inside which did not evaporate. I absolutely love this diffuser. I use it every night and it’s served it’s purpose well. My only complaint is that it’s started to fade out a bit which you can see in the photo. Still does was it is intended to do though and I’m sure that’s normal from long consistent use. I have gifted this to a couple of my friends and they love theirs as well!

This is very pretty but has a design flaw. Since the globe sits over the diffuser, it collects condensation. When you take the globe off to add more water all that condensation runs all over the surface of where the diffuser sits. If you have it in a surface that water would be harmful, you will end up with water spots or damage.

I first bought one of these around December 2020, and it worked fine for 16 months. I probably had it on for about 5-10 hours every week depending how much I worked at home any given week. I'd wipe down excess oils every month after it ran out of water that cycle and made sure to never over fill it. It recently stopped bubbling the water and I found out the ultrasonic plate was broken. I bought this for my son and it is the neatest piece. At first, I couldn't figure out why it would work, but then realized I had overfilled the water container on it, once I corrected my mistake, it worked great.
