I've had many Qi wireless chargers and this is the first one that works with my Gear S3 Frontier. It also works on every phone in the house and on a pair of Samsung headphones (in her case). Aside from the charger working as it should, it has one really nice feature. It is modular and the side charger detaches from the vertical charger without clips or screws. Power connections are made via four pins on the side of each module, held together by magnets inside the plastic case. You may feel a magnetic attraction when you pull them apart. What's cool is that the horizontal side charger also has a USB-C port. This means you can use each section independently as a separate charger when using two cables. There are three very small blue LEDs that show you when the two modules are properly connected, and large green LEDs on the front of each module. The charger will not stay on if nothing is being charged. They also turn off when devices are charging, which is good if you keep them in the bedroom. This charger is great on its own but I think it could be greatly improved with a small addition. If the horizontal charger could be plugged in from either side, that would just be the icing on the cake for this amazing little device.
