. I had an intermittent check engine light, code p1762. The jeep started in third gear or shifted gears with difficulty. Once you set the pallet down, it only took a few minutes to remove the old part and replace it with this one. I had to add about 6 liters of ATF+4 when everything was assembled. Now the check engine light is off and everything is back to normal in terms of transmission and shifting. Although I didn't have to do this, removing the oil pan also provides a good opportunity to change the transmission filter. Mine was done last year so it wasn't needed.
