Have this in our home medicine chest. While it was an impulse buy for blackheads (it works well), it's also precision steel. The pointy tip would be great for removing splinters, and the forceps would also be good for that.

These are alright, don’t expect a miracle though. If you want to clear your skin you’ll have to put in the work, this is a useful tool if you know how to use it well.
