frustrating, at least for me personally. First, I've owned numerous Audio Technica headsets, enough to know the shortcomings of most of their best-selling models. At the time of writing this review, I've lost the right input on this headset for no apparent reason. Most of my AT headphones broke after a specific incident, having been dropped from waist height multiple times, being ripped from the cord, etc. However, this pair stayed in my laptop bag and suffered little to no abuse, which I showed theirs more Studio Headphones Audio Technica; Which is surprising, since you'd think headphones designed for 'on the go' would have better build quality than studio headphones, which should be treated with care. Anyway, a big part of what you're paying for with these headphones is battery life. I'll admit that being a bit of an audiophile, I rarely buy Bluetooth headphones due to their limitations; However, after several different compression and digital radio tests, my ears don't seem really good enough to tell much of a difference between compressed and uncompressed files, or between good Bluetooth and a standard cable. With that in mind I can tell you that the sound quality of these headphones pales in comparison to any other set I have purchased from Audio Technica. Are they better than all other pop brand glasses on the market? Of course. Are they comparable to the studio cast of AT? no And I shouldn't have expected that since they are not sold as such. I'll just let you know I've gotten a bit off topic. The battery life is incredible. I bought it to be able to listen to music for an hour a day at lunchtime at work. The product description states 40 hours of continuous use and 1k in standby mode. I'm not sure what the price is but I can tell you it's May 2021 and I've used them one hour a day five days a week for two years and only been billed for them three times. Amazing battery life. I haven't charged for at least six months. However, as a scam, I would like to stress that I have taken the utmost care with this headset that I have ever possessed, especially as they appear to be, and appear to be, extremely fragile. Despite the fact that I haven't dropped them recently (the last two weeks? And even then, I've never dropped them from waist height), I suddenly lost the connection in the right driver. I have no idea what I did to cause this or where the connection might have failed. With all of my previous headsets, the loss of connection was preceded by apparent damage to the outside of the headset from falls, drops, or various other causes. user error. However, there are no cracks, chips, or other signs of wear on this headset to suggest how I broke the damn thing. I was watching a YouTube video and all of a sudden the connection dropped in the correct driver. I'm very disappointed as I used them as a spare while waiting for the arrival of a new pair of headphones I ordered six months ago. I don't know when they will arrive and I don't have the headphones right now.
