Great tool. Used it to pull 100 3.5" deck board nails. It was still a beefy job, but the tool could handle it. Tool is solid and price is fair if you need it for the job.I pulled off the deck boards with a pry bar, leaving the nails embedded in the joists with 3/4" exposed. A pry bar couldn't consistently grip the small head of the nails, but this tool gripped and pulled the nails as expected. Only complaint would be the smaller amount of leverage compared to the 36" pry bar, but pulling 3.5" deck nails is probably at the top end of difficult jobs for this tool. A 4 lbs sledge or a steel pipe to slide over the handle gave the additional leverage when it was (rarely) needed. A scrape piece of wood/plywood is needed to put under the curved part of the head if you don't want to damage/indent the wood from which the nail is being pulled.
