Bought for a 35ft trailer. It is of good quality and easy to use. Includes tightening/loosening ratchet wrench and drill adapter. I don't see why anyone would need a drill as it only takes a few turns with a wrench to install or remove. Works very well and I should have bought it a long time ago. I highly recommend it.
