#1. Has no color coding; Typically, one screw is silver, one is gold, and one is green. #2. No washer between screw and pin and screw head not big enough #3. I tried using a small crimp connector because it was difficult (see #2 above) but I couldn't put it back together because of the plastic on the connector entered the way. #4 I solved the problem by taking a small washing machine and flushing it down. down the side so it fits between the screw and the wire. Then I put the wire under the disk and twisted it. #5 Difficult to get the screw in with the washer and wire in place. #6 I wouldn't buy them again. What should have been a 5 minute job took about 45 minutes.
