The black cartridge gave me an error that it did not recognize the cartridge. Removed and reinstalled a few times, same error. I bought a black HP cartridge and it worked in my printer. Apparently the Green Works Black cartridge was defective. I contacted the seller and he wanted pictures to make sure I didn't damage the cartridge. So I sent her. Then he came back with some ridiculous instructions meant to magically solve the problem. I have to rely on the customer Green Works where after all the twitching I see that nothing will ever happen. Actually, their instruction to clean the cartridge with an eraser was pretty funny. This technique was used 50 years ago when contacts tended to corrode. No longer. And her instructions to start, stop, resume, reset, turn off, turn on and spin three times while Dixie whistles.
