The ink is empty. When I contacted the company they were quick to offer me two options, a full refund or a resend. I know something can go wrong so I've decided to resend it. I just received the new cartridges, will test them and give a review.

Tri-color ink is no longer recognized by printer after 1 month of minimal use. The printer complains that it cannot recognize the cartridge, remove and reinsert it. I have done this several times. Looks like the tri-color cartridge chip is defective. This is the shortest lifespan for a printer cartridge I've ever used and I've never seen one of them fail in this way (they usually ran out of ink sooner than expected). We don't print much and usually only buy cartridges once a year.

I had no problems accepting the cartridge from the printer, but the ink ran out just as quickly as a standard HP NOT XL cartridge. Black print quality was on par with HP, but color wasn't. I printed 20 standard quality 4x6 photos and they were already 1/2 empty (for reference I can get about 20 photos on HP and use a 1/4 cartridge). . thus a waste of photo paper and ink. I have ordered Greenbox ink before and used it successfully. I always reorder when I put in a set. I was about to use a "new" consumable and unfortunately I keep getting an error message from the printer telling me that I need to put in a new ink cartridge. I checked out Revain but my return window ended on August 27th. Very upset. Not inclined to take another risk

I usually refill my cartridges but wanted a spare set. I could not find any difference in quality and I am satisfied with my purchase. I haven't tried refilling it yet, but I would buy it again.

Looks and feels like regular HP ink cartridges. but as soon as I installed and printed the first photo I felt this smell. A noxious stench that lingered for days. I have been using HP printers for a long time, at least 22 years. As long as I've used HP inks, I've never had any ink issues. It's just a color cartridge. The black cartridge does not work at all. The pictures look ok. But unless you work in a well-ventilated area, DO NOT buy this smelly stuff!

The black cartridge gave me an error that it did not recognize the cartridge. Removed and reinstalled a few times, same error. I bought a black HP cartridge and it worked in my printer. Apparently the Green Works Black cartridge was defective. I contacted the seller and he wanted pictures to make sure I didn't damage the cartridge. So I sent her. Pleasantly surprised. We often buy XL cartridges and this is the first time I've tried this brand. We usually buy branded cartridges and spend three times as much. They work great. At first my printer wouldn't accept them even though the measurements are correct and they fit perfectly. It showed an error for the wrong cartridges, so I turned the printer off and on again and it started up with no error message. The cartridges work great, I am very impressed.
