The cost of delivery is ridiculous, too. For the price of shipping just one accessory, I could probably purchase a whole new instrument. Their customer service, however, is the true deal-breaker. Never in my life have I met such uncooperative and outright rude individuals. They must enjoy seeing you suffer. The customer service agent on the other end of the line made me feel like I was bothering them by asking a basic inquiry about their product when I called. SUEWIO, if you don't want to speak to your customers, you might not want to list your phone number online. In sum, SUEWIO is a complete failure. I would seek elsewhere for a quality online music store. Don't have your prized instrument end up like mine did.
