I've had the unfortunate experience of making a purchase from SUEWIO, and let me tell you, it's not a good one. It's like attending a memorial service for your beloved instrument. To begin, their online presence is a complete failure. It looks like a child came up with the concept. You're playing a game of "Where's Waldo?" but the object you're trying to locate is a guitar tuner. How fortunate you are. Even if you do end up finding what you’re after, the price will be ridiculous. It's almost as if they want to charge you extra for using their badly designed website. The cost of delivery is ridiculous, too. For the price of shipping just one accessory, I could probably purchase a whole new instrument. Their customer service, however, is the true deal-breaker. Never in my life have I met such uncooperative and outright rude individuals. They must enjoy seeing you suffer. The customer service agent on the other end of the line made me feel like I was bothering them by asking a basic inquiry about their product when I called. SUEWIO, if you don't want to speak to your customers, you might not want to list your phone number online. In sum, SUEWIO is a complete failure. I would seek elsewhere for a quality online music store. Don't have your prized instrument end up like mine did.
