Review on Shock Doctor Mouth Guard Strapless by Richard Miller

First time. I had this mouthguard on for about 15 minutes of play until I was hit square in the face with the ball! It's a competitive senior league with some serious players so it was like getting hit at full speed. I ended up in the ER with a severe concussion and luckily with all my teeth. I was beaten so hard that they thought my cheek was broken and my neck injured by a whip. I had 3 cat scans due to the severity of the facial injury. I can't say if I really lost my teeth, but I was very glad I had it, even if it helped a little. I can absolutely say it has helped my jaw stay in place and my teeth have not caught on anything but the guard. It has definitely given me some peace of mind after visiting the ER and of course on the field. Pain that has now subsided.) I used to have a Shock Doctor "football" mouthguard which was larger and held up fairly well. A few years later I needed a new one and decided on this model. I had no problems with the kit at all. I boiled a cup of water in the microwave, lowered the tray for 12 seconds, took it out and clipped it to my upper teeth. I pushed it out with my tongue and then rinsed it off under cold water. simply that way. Perfect for only $6. I can not complain. Getting this part wrong is a fatal user error, not a kappa error. For those who play soccer. it was easy to use and convenient. I was able to speak much better than the previous soccer version and it's nice that it's in black and white just like the soccer version that SD does. Don't worry about looking stupid on the field. Do you know who looks stupid? People without a pair of teeth who were too cool. do yourself a favor and get one. I hope this review helps, I rarely write it.
