I bought this product after reading the reviews. I was very disappointed when it would not charge. After multiple different attempts, it just never charged correctly despite trying to plug it into a wall plug, plugging into USB port, etc. I waited more than the four hours noted to charge it each time and it never worked. I would not purchase again and would not recommend. I hope I simply received a defective product and this is not indicative of the actual quality of this item, but I am extremely skeptical. Also, the written directions for usage that come with the trimmer were poorly written with notable grammatical errors, so the overall quality of this item seems very poor.
