I like that it's easy enough so you don't need someone with IT experience set up an account - but also gives me confidence in what they're doing since we have not had any issues yet! The "send" feature could use some work though; sometimes takes more than one click before my email sends as expected (sometimes immediately). Easy implementation into our workflow from day 1 without having technical support involved beforehand saves us time & expense over using other services/tools which required prior setup first-hand through their own customer success team instead.- Our organization has been able solve many problems related specifically around employee onboarding processes including providing multiple access options such applicants can choose when submitting paperwork online vs via paper copy / fax etc.. The ease in which it can be used without having any prior experience with this software, very helpful when you don't have anyone who has been using it before as a guide. I do not like how they couldnt make the user interface more intuitive. There are some features that would need improvement but overall my experience was good. This helps me with keeping up with all of our various projects.
