This software has been very helpful in providing my organization (my employer) an easy way to track employee pay/hourly rate information as well as prepare our weekly & monthly payroll documents. It's also helped us stay abreast of changes made by OSHA regarding wage laws that have affected how we calculate overtime payments. The user interface could be improved but it gets better every year! I would say this tool does what you need it do - especially when you are just starting out like me. We use CPPR to keep all employees' hourly paid at their correct amount without having them manually inputting new numbers each week into spreadsheets.
