3-4 guys about 8hrs to assemble. Have a cordless drill with the Allen wrench bit to speed up assembly. For as many individual pieces, the holes generally aligned nicely. The roof panels are the most challenging and time consuming - definitely need 2, 6ft.-step ladders for the roof, 1 guy down low, one guy higher up to make sure the panels fit into the channels. Someone can start hooking up the screens and curtains while the roof us being installed. Very pleased with the quality, rigidity, and look of this gazebo. The packaging for shipping was adequate, no damage other than a couple of "tweaks" in the roof supports - easily adjusted with a pair of pliers. Jury is out on the water resistance as its been 90 degrees with no rain! Ready to entertain!
