Works very well. I connected it to a powered speaker I have so I can stream from my phone. Bluetooth range isn't great, maybe 15-20 feet max, but it's meant to be carried, so I'll let it slip away. Pairs quickly, battery life is good, sound quality is good. I didn't use it for phone calls, so I can't comment on the mic/ANC quality. In the end I can use it in an older machine through an additional input and I will update my experience. The controls work well with my Galaxy S9+. I remember after a little practice I even learned to work with voice commands. I couldn't just use it as a controller and have the phone play the audio through the speaker, but there was no guarantee that that would be possible anyway. I just experimented. In general I am satisfied.
