I have purchased this package and would like to warn anyone who does so in the future. The jack's outer diameter is smaller than traditional RCA jacks, leaving a loose connection that's easy to disconnect. I've also found that the internal connection is held mostly by the plastic case and isn't consistent. I've attached an image from another answer for illustration. I ended up soldering the ground portion of the two pieces together at their attachment point to keep the ground of the connected wires grounded. I also pinched the outer bottom portion of the socket so it looks more like an ellipse than a circle so the plugged in cable has a stronger connection to hold onto as they are a little smaller than usual. The yellow arrows show where I soldered the ground pins from the male part to the female part. Both mods allowed the product to work as intended. However, most of them are not inclined to perform these actions for the product to work properly.
