Niki from customer service is amazing!

The instructions on YouTube were very quick and a bit confusing. The written directions were pretty bad. However, the function of this lock seems wonderful and simple once you install it. Niki was my customer service rep and she was very patient and explained how to get the lock working. She called on a Saturday and it was 4am. She was calling from China and the phone connection was a little down, but it was nice that her English was so good that we could easily understand each other. Without this support service I would not be happy with this lock. It must be a very good company to have such great customer service and support!
