Beautiful set with colorful cake tins. I bought them for Halloween because they glow under UV light. I have a lot of black lights on my display so this makeup will look amazing. There is a mix of neon tones and regular tones, all glowing. And also black. I understand why black was included if you see makeup in normal light... but this makeup is for UV light. So why use a black tint that doesn't glow? It's just stupid. They could have turned on another neon instead. Liners are easy to use. All you need is a brush and a glass of water. The water cup is used to wet the brush and to clean the brush when changing colors. Cake cases are activated by water, just like painting with watercolors. A really fun and quirky way to dress up for an event or just to play around and get creative at home.
